At LITBALL, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Limited Warranty

LITBALL products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from LITBALL or an authorized LITBALL seller.

What Is Covered

Our warranty may cover manufacturing defects such as:

• Products that arrive defective

• LED components that do not function properly upon arrival

• Significant manufacturing issues that affect normal use

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

• Damage caused by excessive impact or modification

• Cosmetic wear from normal play

• Lost or stolen products

• Damage that occurs after improper use

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate solution.

Replacement or Refund

If your warranty claim is approved, LITBALL may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Warranty claims are reviewed individually.

Returns

LITBALL does not accept general returns or exchanges. Our warranty applies only to eligible defective or damaged products.
